For three days of Dasara, the Clock Tower road in front of the University of Mysore turns into a street-long art market. Selected artists get a stall to show and sell originals, paint live, and meet thousands of visitors from across the state and beyond.

How it works ಹೇಗೆ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವುದು
Apply online ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿYour details, a passport photo and up to three photos of your work. Takes about five minutes. You get a registration ID by email.
Committee review ಸಮಿತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆAfter the deadline the committee reviews every application. If something needs fixing, you get a link to correct it.
Decision by email ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿSelected artists receive their stall number and reporting instructions. Others are told clearly, with a waiting list where possible.
Report & exhibit ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿShow your ID at the reporting desk on day one, set up your stall, and enjoy the fair.

Read before applying. You confirm these on the form.
- ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅಂತಿಮ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಒಳಗೆ ನೋಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.Complete the application and submit it online before the deadline.
- ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಚಿತ್ರಸಂತೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.Participating artists must follow all Chitra Santhe rules and the organisers' instructions.
- ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಟಿ.ಎ./ಡಿ.ಎ. ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.No travelling or daily allowance (TA/DA) is provided.
- ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ.The selection committee's decision is final.
- ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ 30 ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.Stalls are allotted only to the selected applicants, at the prescribed rate, for the three fair days.
- ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ವಿಕೋಪ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ನಷ್ಟ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಕರು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲ.The organisers are not responsible for loss or damage from natural calamity or any other cause.
Questions artists ask ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು
Is there a fee to apply? ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಇದೆಯೇ?
Applying is free. Selected artists pay the prescribed stall charge for the three days; the amount is given in the selection email.
What photos should I upload? ಯಾವ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು?
One passport-size photo of yourself and one to three clear photos of recent work. Good daylight, no filters. The committee selects on the strength of these.
Can I change my application after submitting? ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬಹುದೇ?
If the committee needs a change it will email you a personal link to update the application. For anything else, call the helpline with your registration ID.
How will I know if I'm selected? ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ?
By email, with your stall number. You can also check any time on the status page with your registration ID and mobile number.
What do I bring on the day? ಅಂದು ಏನು ತರಬೇಕು?
Your registration ID (the email or QR), a photo ID, your artworks, and your own display material. Report at the desk on the first morning to be marked in and shown your stall.
