  1. ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅಂತಿಮ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಒಳಗೆ ನೋಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.Submit the completed application before the deadline.
  2. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಚಿತ್ರಸಂತೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.Participants must follow all Chitra Santhe rules.
  3. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಟಿ.ಎ./ಡಿ.ಎ. ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.No TA/DA is provided.
  4. ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ.The selection committee's decision is final.
  5. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.Stalls are allotted only to selected applicants, at the prescribed rate, for three days.
  6. ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ವಿಕೋಪ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ನಷ್ಟ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಕರು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲ.Organisers are not responsible for loss or damage from natural calamity or any other cause.
